Step wise guide:

Run FLASH.TOOL.EXE  that you downloaded ,open after installation and check the box for the device model flash model driver

connect your SONY XPERIA Z through data cable .then in flash tools ,click on the lightning button then click on flash model drives

At the right side of the windows you will see wiping option you may check data, cache and choose options if yo wish to wipe the data before flash

Flash Tool ,browse and the select the Xperia Z_c660x_kernelonly_10.3.A.0.423_Generic_NL.ftf file that you will downloaded
