Step wise guide for rooting your device :

STEP 1 : Download the rooting kit and  install Micromax A114 USB driver  on your PC

STEP 2 : Please ensure that  your device will be in USB Debugging mode

               Developers option is hidden for android 4.2.2 or above ,to show the option

               Go to Settings > about phone  > built number > tap on it for 5-8 times

STEP 3 :Download the second rooting kit( Genius application on your PC )

STEP 4 : Open the genius root application on your PC is launched and connect your device
               to PC in Debugging mode

STEP 5 : Once your device is connected successfully to the computer Root genius will
               automatically detect your device

STEP 6 : Now Click on the Root now button   to begin the rooting process

STEP 7 : Now the Root genius will automatically root , and install the King users application

STEP 8 : Now your device is rooted successfully , to  check weather the rooting is done correctly
               open the application menu there you will be able to see the new app to installed
               it is called the King user .If the app exist then it means you have successfully rooted
               your device
